Are you an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse or Social Worker looking for a new direction to take your professional skills and career forward?

ILS Case Management specialises in providing case management for children, young people and adults who have experienced a catastrophic injury, and we are looking for Health and Social Care professionals to join our growing team of Case Managers

We are holding a virtual ‘Case Management Career Event’ on Wednesday 9th April at 8pm hosted by our Head of Case Management, Susie Quinlan. The sessions will enable you to find out more about the role of a Case Manager and what it means to be truly client centred – supporting clients to regain and maintain a more rewarding quality of life. We also want to explain why we think ILS is the ideal career choice for a new Case Manager, and the sessions will give you the opportunity to informally ask any questions you may have to discover if it’s right for you.

At any one time, we are working with over 200 children, young people and adults nationally who are living with complex disability following a catastrophic brain or spinal injury. As a Case Manager, you will consider each client’s situation individually and identify their presenting needs ensuring things that are important to the client and their family are taken into account. Becoming a Case Manager for ILS Case Management you can expect competitive terms, the support of an assigned Clinical Lead and to be welcomed into a friendly, professional and vibrant team of colleagues.

We are seeking practitioners with experience of working with children and young people and/or adults with complex needs in the following professions/clinical specialisms:

  • Occupational Therapy
  • Physiotherapy
  • Nursing
  • Social Work

We are particularly looking for practitioners with experience of working with clients who have had a brain or spinal injury and for paediatric practitioners who have experience of working with children and young people with cerebral palsy and other complex disabilities.

The session will last around 45 minutes and will include an overview of ILS and what it means to be a Case Manager, followed by some time for any questions and discussion. To reserve your place, simply complete the form below and we’ll be in touch with joining instructions for the online event.

If you already have some specific questions you’d like to ask please feel free to include these on the form and we will do our best to address these during the session.

We look forward to meeting you!
