My background is in social care and I joined ILS Case Management in 2011 as an Operations Manager, before being promoted to Director of Client Services.
Now, as Managing Director, I am proud to lead a well established management team, alongside our highly skilled clinicians and a dedicated head office team. And I find working in this dynamic field both motivating and challenging, every day is different and as an agile service provider our focus is firmly on our clients. I am incredibly proud of our strong values and person-centred approach and the excellent outcomes we enable our clients to achieve.
Outside of work I like to enjoy my free time having fun with my family and attending live comedy as often as I can.
