Clinical Leads

Our Clinical Lead team provide our Case Managers with peer review, maintain clinical standards and provide continuity of service for all clients. They all have many years of case management experience which allows them to support our Case Managers in all aspects of their role.

Laura Porter

Laura is a qualified Occupational Therapist and joined ILS Case Management as a Case Manager in December 2011. In 2020 she joined the Clinical Lead team.

Kirstie Want

Kirstie is a qualified Occupational Therapist and joined ILS Case Management in January 2009. In 2018 she joined our team of Clinical Leads.

Tim Gilbert

With a Diploma in Adult Nursing, Tim joined ILS Case Management in 2004 as a Case Manager, and has been a Clinical Lead since 2011.

Sarah-Jane Davies

Sarah-Jane is a qualified Occupational Therapist and started working for ILS Case Management as a Case Manager in 2009. Sarah-Jane joined the Clinical Lead team in 2013.

Sophie Lester

Sophie qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2013 and joined ILS as a Case Manager in December 2014. In 2024, Sophie joined the Clinical Lead team.

Catherine Sherrington

Catherine qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2007 and joined ILS as a Case Manager in February 2018. In 2024, Catherine joined the Clinical Lead team.
